CHRIS BOWER
Chris Bower has a wallet the size of a purse and weighs the weight of a purse filled with apples. Thee are no slices of money or apples in the wallet, only stained records of money poorly spent, poorly taken pictures, poorly posed pictures and more pictures of him posing, looking pale and poor. Chris will be remounting Promises To Keep: The Poems of Robert F. Kennedy later this spring in Chicago and New Orleans. Some of his writing can be found on-line at the 2nd Hand and Get Underground. His band, Chris Bower and the Pretty Bloody Swimsuits does not perform live but can be found here.

I shot the sheriff, but I did not shoot the tease, no no no
IRA S. MURFIN
Ira S. Murfin writes words and makes theatre. He collaborates with two different performance collectives that have the word "laboratory" in their name and lived for a long time in an "urban laboratory" - draw your own conclusions. Ira is currently refusing to leave the MFA in Writing Program at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where he is working on a book about his crazy adventures. Or something along those lines. He was recently informed that an evening of his performance texts will be produced in Calcutta, India this summer, which seems like something worth mentioning.
